Classic Tonic & BREIL PUR London Dry Gin

  • Fill a large gin and tonic glass with 5 or 6 large ice cubes and allow it to chill
  • Pour in 40 ml BREIL PUR London Dry Gin
  • Fill the glass 2/3 full with Swiss Mountain Spring Classic Tonic
  • Gently press 4 juniper berries and add them to the glass
  • Gently crush 1 sprig of rosemary and add it to the glass

  • Fill a large gin and tonic glass with 5 or 6 large ice cubes and allow it to chill
  • Pour in 40 ml Brockmans gin
  • Place 3 raspberries and a small sprig of thyme in the glass
  • Fill the glass 2/3 full with Swiss Mountain Spring Ginger & Lemongrass Tonic

  • Swirl a large sprig of rosemary around a large gin and tonic glass
  • Place 5 or 6 large ice cubes around the sprig
  • Pour in 40 ml Gin Mare
  • Fill the glass 2/3 full with Swiss Mountain Spring Rosemary Tonic
  • Place a small sprig of thyme in the glass

  • Swirl a sprig of rosemary around a large glass
  • Place 4 large ice cubes around the sprig
  • Pour in 100 ml white wine with a light, fruity flavour
  • Pour in 120 ml Swiss Mountain Spring Rosemary Tonic

  • Pour 30 ml dry, white port wine into a glass
  • Add 120 ml Swiss Mountain Spring Classic Tonic

  • Garnish with lime zest and lemon balm or mint
